The FHA – Family Holiday Association – is a charity that supports underprivileged families around the UK by sending them on a break to a UK holiday destination.
The FHA wanted to develop a new marketing strategy to engage the workforce of TUI Travel who had been supporting the charity for some years.
Together with the head of the client’s internal comms department, we created an integrated solution, which included videography, copywriting, animation and an internal microsite to inform the clients’ staff about how to get involved. This project is currently active with on-going delivery into 2016.
One of the crowning achievements of this project was ‘Sara’s Story’, which depicts the life of a young girl whose family goes through a trauma and the FHA came in to support. This video is now available to view on all long-haul Thomson Airways’ flights and also will be rolled out with the iPads for all of the Thomson Airways staff.
