ted announce exciting new partnership with Roompot Vakanties

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with Roompot Vakanties, one of Europe’s leading operators of holiday parks.

The collaboration will see us work closely with Roompot, delivering an innovative, customised guest experience at their parks, which are predominantly based in the Netherlands and Germany.

Putting the Roompot customer at the heart of every project, we will be providing product and concept support across production, technology innovation and installation, children and swimming pool programmes; driving Roompot’s strategy of being synonymous for customer excellence.

In addition to the conceptualisation of the customer experience across the portfolio of Roompot parks, our team will also be designing and developing two of their park’s facilities and retail areas.

The bars, shops, reception, swimming pools, restaurants, outdoor eating, and entertainment areas of Kijkduin (‘s-Gravenhage, Netherlands) and Aquadelta (Bruinisse, Netherlands) will undergo a full transformation.

Inspired by the vision

Roompot, whose stunning new HQ is in Goes, the Netherlands, was founded in 1965 and has developed from a simple camp site into a national market leader.

Every year more than 11 million overnight stays are booked in the 150+ Roompot parks mainly located in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Spain and Denmark, both on the coast and in the woods.

The partnership will see the recruitment of a dedicated Operation Delivery Manager, who will become an extension of the 2,000-strong Roompot team, integrated into the operation at tedHQ, based in Milton Keynes, UK.

ted group operations manager, Alex Kennedy, added: “This new partnership strengthens our strategy as a business to secure another long-term partnership with such a prestigious operator, and our departments are already working on the delivery roll out in 2020.”
