ted sets sail into new waters with Marella Discovery ships

We are delighted to be strengthening our relationship with Marella Cruises, the UK’s third largest cruise line, after being confirmed as the new entertainment provider for the Discovery ships in the Marella fleet.

With a bespoke, innovative package of entertainment, the offering will go live onboard Marella Discovery and Marella Discovery 2 from October 2020, with work and recruitment already under way.

This exciting news builds upon the success of the existing Marella Cruises partnership, which first started in 2017 with the successful launch of the entertainment programme onboard the Explorer ships.

“We are well established in the cruise industry and, two years ago, were awarded the Explorer class contract. To follow this up with the exclusive contract for the Discovery ships is a great testimony to the ted offering.”

The Discovery programme proposed, created and designed exclusively in-house by our talented team, includes an array of new original theatre shows, exciting light entertainment, talented musicians, and leading children’s concepts, all with future-proofed innovations.

It offers Marella Cruises’ guests the chance to enjoy a balanced mix of contemporary entertainment which suits all ages, alongside a wide choice of itineraries, sailing to the most beautiful parts of the world with the friendliest service at sea.
