About this Role
As an Overseas AV Technician within our AV Department, you would be working as part of the entertainment team to help deliver ground-breaking evening entertainment programmes which included but not exclusive to; innovative children entertainment programmes, gameshows, west-end style production shows and extraordinary guest and local acts.
Your duties will included; sound and lighting operation and the operation of QLab and basic equipment maintenance.
Character and Experience
You must have a good ear for sound mixing, a creative flare for lighting and a calm attitude towards troubleshooting.
In resorts you can expect to use a mixture of industry standard equipment from digital sound desks to industry standard lighting consoles so we are looking for experience in live sound and lighting operation. QLab is also the backbone of our operation so we ask for applicants to have used this software before and have a understanding of it operation and functions.
The contracts for this position are between 6 to 9 months, working 6 days a week with mainly evening duties throughout the 2022 season.
A full training course will be given to successful candidates.
For this role we are looking for candidates who have the rights to work in the EU. This includes but not exclusive to, British with Dual-Nationality and EU Citizens. Successful candidates will be placed on a Local PAYE contract and will be expected to pay local taxes.
