We are recruiting for a Retail Support Coordinator to join our HQ team, located in Milton Keynes, UK.

You will become part of our tedretail department, providing full administration support and regularly interacting with our broad range of clients.

role responsibilities

As our new Retail Support Coordinator, you will provide full administration support to our Retail department, which includes inputting orders, processing various documents and information, creating reports and managing relevant database applications.

You will also regularly interact with customers, promptly responding to all enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. An excellent communicator, you will encourage the sale of company products at every opportunity, applying exemplary customer relationship skills that promote a superior company image.

qualifications, skills and experience

You must have stand-out customer service skills, and be methodical, organised and accurate with excellent attention to detail. You must also have strong oral and written English, and be familiar with using the Microsoft Office suite.

Previous experience of administration support is essential.

character and attitude

You will be highly self-motivated, possess a can-do attitude and have the ability to cope under pressure with tight deadlines.

It is vital that you are able to develop and maintain successful working relationships, being able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
