Graphic Designer

We have an exciting role for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our HQ team, located in Milton Keynes, UK.

Reporting to the Product Development Manager, our new Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating exciting artwork, producing print and sample-ready products and packaging for our expanding portfolio of clients.

tedretail specialise in customised merchandise for brands who own their own character assets or branding. We currently produce more than 600 product lines which includes cuddly toys, activity books, apparel, swimwear, inflatables and more.

Role responsibilities

This role will see you work with our Product Development team in the entirety of the creative process, producing product proposals, product artwork and packaging requirements to support point of sale.

You will be expected to understand and adhere to style guides to produce artwork in the correct format, while keeping up-to-date with new creative treatments and design ideas.

Liaising with key stakeholders effectively is crucial in this role, as is the ability to create and work to project timelines, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications, skills and experience

You must have experience and a sound understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign, alongside a good understanding of Microsoft Office.

An excellent attention to detail is also vital, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Knowledge of the printing process is ideal but not essential.

Character and attitude

You will be a methodical, organised and accurate person, who is able to work as part of a team as well as independently on your own initiative.

You will be highly self-motivated, possessing a desire to achieve and develop, displaying a can-do attitude at all times.

The salary for this role is £25k-£30k (dependant upon experience and skill set) with a preferred start date of the beginning of April.
