About the role

This role will see you deliver three-day First Aid at Work (FAW), Automated External Defibrillation (AED) and Fire Warden courses on behalf of our long-term clients in the holiday park sector.

To be successful, you will need to have a mode of transport and be self-sufficient with regards to training equipment. However, we can assist with equipment if essential.

As a trainer with us, you will be required to stay overnight at some locations, but accommodation will be provided.

Skills and experience

We are looking for freelance First Aid Instructors who have a recognised teaching and assessing qualification.

Preferable qualifications include the Award in Education and Training, and a full three-day First Aid at Work Certificate or equivalent (Highfield Awards affiliated is desirable but not essential), unless you are a paramedic or nurse with current registration.

Alongside this, you must have a thorough knowledge of the courses you are planning to teach.

Most of the courses we deliver have an Automated External Defibrillation training bolt on, and a three-hour Fire Warden Certification, so you would need to be certified and have experience in delivering these courses also.

Apply now

We have a number of courses starting at the end of February 2021, providing Government guidelines allow for this.

Payment terms for our Freelance Trainers are set and will be stated upon application.

If you have the required qualifications and a passion for training, we would love to hear from you.
