| Discovery Show Lounge: We equipped this venue with a discreet K-Array sound system of 36 miniature loudspeakers – currently the largest installed K-Array system in the UK - driven by a Yamaha LS9 mixer via Rane DSPs. Low power-consumption lighting comprises Robe LED and Moving-Head luminaires, backed-up by Selecon Axial profiles and controlled by an Avolites Pearl Tiger Touch. For the AV requirement, we installed 40” Samsung plasmas, remote-control cameras and Kramer AV controls Cinema: The Ship’s cinema received a Canon XEED SX80 projector, driven by a Denon V500BD Blu-Ray. Audio is derived from a Denon DN-A7100 through a DAS surround sound system. Shackleton’s (piano bar): This venue was fitted-out with a simple DAS loudspeaker system, driven by a Yamaha MG1600 mixer. Martin Aliens and Selecon Acclaim Fresnels provide the lighting. Radio Mics and Assisted Hearing: All venues were equipped with Sennheiser Evolution-series radio microphones and Sennheiser IR assisted hearing systems. | |

| Open Deck: New weather-proof facility panels and lighting bars. New LED lighting system and controls installed. New PA loudspeakers (Community WET) and amplification. All equipment installed to withstand the rigours of permanent open-deck use. Footlights & Starlights Theatres – Servicing & Maintenance: Allen & Heath ML5000 mixers stripped, serviced and repaired. Radio Microphone systems. 10 channel system supplied and installed in footlights, 6-channel system in Starlights and various smaller systems to a further three venues. All systems installed complete with remote antennae and antenna distribution amplifiers. | |

| Horizon Lounge: This venue was completely refurbished to satisfy the demands of a change-of-use. TED AV designed, supplied and installed complete new stage & disco sound & lighting, together with multiple screen AV systems linked to the ship’s satellite TV system, local port-talk injection points and a variety of other video sources. Audio and video patching facilities were installed to route everything through a vision-mixer and multiple scalers, switchers and routers. The lighting systems included generic, moving and LED luminaires, controlled via a Jands HOG desk.. International Lounge: Supply and installation of 10-channel Sennheiser radio mic system and additions to the existing AV presentation system. | |

Jands HOG control desk. Connexions: New stage PA system for this exceedingly busy comedy-store type cabaret venue. 4 EV Sx100 & 2 GSS15XR sub-bass, supported by 14 Evid 6.5 fill loudspeakers, powered by 5 EV CPS2.8 amplifiers and time-aligned via a BSS Soundweb 3088. Village Square: New Entertainment PA system, using EAW UB22 & Electrovoice GSS15XR loudspeakers, for this main passenger thoroughfare to support duos and indoor acrobat shows. | |
