| Mark Morley Technical Director BA Hons (Drama) Mark graduated in 1980 at Hull University. Initially working as an actor and artistic director, the technical bug took over. Following a period as both a touring and resident stage manager, he worked in technical Entertainment systems design & specification and sales-management. In 2005, he joined TED UK Ltd to set-up TEDAV and was appointed to the board in 2009. | Sam Nankivell Operations Manager Educated at the BRIT school for Performing Arts & Technology, Sam worked as a technician in a variety of venues, including the Barbican Theatre and Madame Tussauds. He was Technical Director of the Waterman Arts Centre, London and Operations Manager for the Broadway Theatre, Barking before joining TEDAV in 2008 as our Business Development Executive. He manages installation projects and maintenance contracts. | Johnny Murray Installation & Projects Coordinator Johnny is a lighting and sound technician and a qualified outdoor pyrotechnician. He has also worked on major installations, including AV systems at Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 5. Johnny joined us in late 2009, after a season as a TEDAV Hotel Technician in Rhodes. | Mark Payne Install & Maintenance Engineer B Eng Hons (Sound & Light Engineering) C&G 2360 Electrical Installation Pts 1 & 2 C&G 2382-12 C&G 2391 Level 3 Inspection, Testing and Cert. Mark worked for many years as a sound and lighting technician in theatres all over the UK, before becoming an installation and maintenance electrician in the 1990s. He joined TEDAV in 2006 and works predominantly overseas on our maintenance contracts, as well as heading-up our technical training team.
